Terms and Conditions For Clients

Arabity is a limited company registered in the United Arab of Emirates.

These terms & conditions, and our privacy policy, establish our agreement with you for the car rental services we provide.
To avoid doubt in these terms, ‘you’ refers to the main driver, the person paying for the rental.
All our communications will be with our main driver confirming the booking.
These terms shall apply to all contracts providing our services.
Acceptance of the services or signature on any agreement shall be deemed conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these terms.
We may change the terms from time to time, and you are advised to check the website to consider any changes to the terms which apply to you. Your hire of any car is subject to the terms & conditions of car hire imposed by the car rental agency.
You will be provided with a car through car rental agencies, not through us directly.
The capacity in which we act depends on our relationship with the car hire agency.
These terms apply to any booking you make with us on or through this website, so you should make sure that you are aware of their contents.
Both our terms and those of the car rental agencies we work with contain some exclusions and limitations of liability.
Your booking on this website is conditional on you accepting our terms.
If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not proceed with your booking.
By confirming that you wish to book a car through this website, you indicate that you have read, understood, and accepted our terms.
If there is any part that you do not fully understand, or if you have a query about the car hire or any other product, please contact us.

Confirmation and Payment

Your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours;
you will receive a confirmation on the email address you used for the booking. We need to wait for the car rental agency to confirm that a car is available. As soon as they confirm your car availability, we will let you know and proceed with the payment.
In case the car of your choice is not available we will offer you substitutes at the same price range.
We cannot accept liability for any charges incurred as a result of documentation signed for and accepted at the car rental agency.

Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure that all the information on this website is accurate;
however, we can not be held responsible by you for the accuracy of such information.
It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all information provided on this website.

Deposits at the Car Rental Agency

Most car rental agencies will require an insurance deposit upon receiving the car to cover the liability excess,
any charges incurred during the rental and, in some cases, fuel. In order to make the deposit,
you will usually be required to have a valid credit card with available funds on it.
The card must be in the main driver’s name. Please check the “Important Information” section when making a booking to learn more about their policy.

Minimum Age for Rental

As per the law in UAE the minimum age to drive and rent a car is 18.

Extensions Daily Rate and Late Drop-off

Your car hire price will be confirmed at the time of booking and calculated based on 24-hour.
If you wish to extend the period of hire after picking the car up, or if you drop the car off later than stated on your contract,
you should contact the car rental agency directly. They will charge for the extra time at the local daily rate,
which may be higher than the rates agreed with us at the time of booking.
The car hire company may also charge an additional penalty for a late drop-off.
Details of any additional payments will be in your contract with the car hire company.

Child Seats & Special Requests

Child seats, roof racks (not available on some cars) and other ‘extra’ items are available upon request, although they cannot be guaranteed.
There is usually a fee payable to the car rental agency.

Cancellation and Amendments

We have a flexible cancellation policy as much as possible, however,
some bookings will be non-refundable according to the contracts with the car rental agency.

Driving License

Every driver must have a full, valid driving licence valid for the use in the UAE.
No refunds will be given if a car rental agency refuses to deliver a car because you cannot provide a driving licence.
We will not be held responsible for anyone driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, causing wilful damage,
driving off-road or driving without due care and attention. You, will accept full responsibility in respect of such claims.
This list is not exhaustive.

Car Capacity & Car Class

All cars are insured for a maximum number of passengers.
We cannot accept liability for the car being unsuitable for all passengers and luggage.
We are unable to guarantee a particular make or model of car.
The car shown on the website for guidance only.
The car hire company may instead provide a different car that is deemed similar or superior.

Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with your car, please report this to us as soon as possible,
but at least within 3 working days of dropping the car off and contact our Customer Service Team.
It is difficult for us to assess any claim regarding your rental if this action is not taken at the time of drop off.
Although you sign a contract with the car rental agency when you rent a car, we will try to help by contacting the agency on your behalf whenever there's a problem.

Accidents and Car Issues

In the case of breakdown or mechanical difficulties, you must call the car hire rental agency.
The car rental agency must give authority for repairs or replacement cars.
If you are involved in an accident, the local police and the car hire company must be contacted.
Keep copies of all relevant documentation you are asked to complete. This may be needed if you wish to make a claim.

General Notes

1. We shall not be liable for the failure of car rental agencies to perform or any delay in performing any of the bookings,
however we will ensure to help you by all means to resolve it.
In the event of a force majeure, we may terminate and withdraw booking by giving notice to your registered email address and refunding all amounts paid prior to the force majeure event.
2. In case of car agency failing to provide you with your car for any unforeseen event, we will ensure to full refund you or replace with an alternative as soon as possible.
